As the title suggested, things in this blog are mainly my opinions and thoughts over anything I came across to... :)

MAHA 2008
It has been a lazy weekend for me. Suppose to do lots of stuff but as usual I procrastinate... hehehe.. Me and partner went to visit MAHA 2008 in Serdang though...
This one is sure the better one compared to the one I went previously...
"No touchy, no touchy"
The one event interest me the most was the Rodeo thingy... It was Australian's one that day...
"one of the cowboy holding our flag"
"This was the ring or whatever they call it"
It was raining but still there's so many peeps who refused to stay at home...like me haha...
More pictures at the event... :)
"Nice design of street lamps"
"Beautiful bonsai"
"Ladang limau"
"Orkid"
"Square watermelon"
The place was so big, and the sections were so distanced from each other... So we have to park at the second entrance, and pay RM1/person to ride the tram to other sites...
Overall, we enjoyed it...And before going back home, I tried the fish spa thingy...
"It was ticklish"

Movie Nite!
Like most of my Wednesday's nite, me and my partner will go for a movie... And of course this will be for selected movies only. Tonite's (or shall I say, last nite's)was Wall-E... and I loved it!!!
This movie was purely entertaining, and it kinda make myself think... The Earth's condition pictured in this movie was actually a possible one in the future and I guess with the current state that we are living in, it can happen even sooner than expected.
Anyways, I highly recommend for you guys to go and watch this... Keyword - Robot with feelings + humour (lots of this)... :))
Time to ZzZzZz....

Nuffnang Gift Ideas Contest!
I stumbled upon this contest when checking my account and decided to try it. What I have to do is to choose an item (from RealMart site) that I would likely to give to another fellow Nuffnanger.
So I decided to choose a coffee maker. This coffee maker is by Cornell and have a capacity of 1.5L. Among the distinctive characteristic featured for this item is the Aroma Display and Selection Dial.
Why coffee maker you say?
Well, most of the people I know love to drink coffee.
Be it black, with cream and sugar, ice blended or any type of coffee-based drinks, people just love them. Some may say they can't live without coffee even for a day...This of course normally applies to those who work in an office environment.
Boring, mundane day-to-day job, with lack of sleep the night before, a cup of steaming hot coffee seems so irresistible.
This happens to me all the time...:)
I’m sure all of you have come across of an article on the goodness of coffee. Apart from helping you to stay awake, coffee is also said to help to reduce the risk of suffering from some major illnesses such as heart disease and even Type II DM.
Hey, not bad right?
So for me, giving someone a coffee maker would mean I’m giving them the chance of enjoying a cup of coffee (with all the side benefits) minus the hassle of the preparation process. All you need to do is just to make sure the water level is right and there’s coffee powder in the machine. Now that’s easy!
But of course, too much of anything will be bad for you. Just limit a cup per day and I think you should be fine. :)

Think +ve!
I'm feeling a bit down at this very moment. I'm glad my partner is here by my side to cheer me up... :)
So tomorrow is the 1st day of yet another working week, how boring... Anyways, as an adult we have to endure that right??? No??
To those who feel the dread of going to work tomorrow... maybe this list can help you to feel a bit better... I sure hope so. I got it from one of the forwarded emails...
40 Tips for Better Life
1. Take a 10-30 minutes walk every day. And while you walk, smile.
2. Sit in silence for at least 10 minutes each day.
3. Sleep for 7 hours.
4. Live with the 3 E's -- Energy, Enthusiasm, and Empathy.
5. Play more games.
6. Read more books than you did in 2007.
7. Make time to practice meditation, yoga, and prayer. They provide us with daily fuel for our busy lives.
8. Spend time with people over the age of 70 & under the age of 6.
9. Dream more while you are awake.
10. Eat more foods that grow on trees and plants and eat less food that is manufactured in plants.
11. Drink plenty of water.
12. Try to make at least three people smile each day.
13. Don't waste your precious energy on gossip.
14. Forget issues of the past. Don't remind your partner with his/her mistakes of the past. That will ruin your present happiness.
15. Don't have negative thoughts or things you cannot control. Instead invest your energy in the positive present moment.
16. Realize that life is a school and you are here to learn. Problems are simply part of the curriculum that appear and fade away like algebra class but the lessons you learn will last a lifetime.
17. Eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince and dinner like a beggar.
18. Smile and laugh more.
19. Life is too short to waste time hating anyone. Don't hate others.
20. Don't take yourself so seriously. No one else does.
21. You don't have to win every argument. Agree to disagree.
22. Make peace with your past so it won't spoil the present.
23. Don't compare your life to others'. You have no idea what their journey is all about. Don't compare your partner with others.
24. No one is in charge of your happiness except you.
25. Forgive everyone for everything.
26.. What other people think of you is none of your business.
27. GOD ! heals everything.
28. However good or bad a situation is, it will change.
29. Your job won't take care of you when you are sick. Your friends will. Stay in touch.
30. Get rid of anything that isn't useful, beautiful or joyful.
31. Envy is a waste of time. You already have all you need.
32. The best is yet to come.
33. No matter how you feel, get up, dress up and show up.
34. Do the right thing!
35. Call your family often.
36. Your inner most is always happy. So be happy.
37. Each day give something good to others.
38. Don't over do. Keep your limits.
39. When you awake alive in the morning, thank GOD for it.
40. Please Forward this to everyone you care about.
Well, this is just a list though... Better life or not, it is still up to oneself to decide...

My weekend.
I had a blissful weekend... Stayed mostly at home, and watched lots n lots of movies...
Since I was generally in a good mood, I decided to bake something...
My partner loves cheese...so I decided to give a try in baking cheesecake...
l
"Cheesie packman"
And I baked white bread for our breakfast...This one was not fluffy enough, more like a dense bun to me... Nvm, practice, practice...
I made some jellies too...but forgot to take pics... :D
Brought some to the office this morning...Sorry guys, I really sucks at cutting stuff... :) Hope you guys enjoyed it.
